“Wow! What can I say about this special place! From the moment you arrive you realise what a stunning location you are in with beautiful views of the rolling Quantock Hills with cows and horses grazing and the West Somerset Railway running in the field nearby it can be seen as it goes by!
The facilities are very clean and modern, whilst retaining a vintage and quirky feel. The beautiful flowers surrounding the caravan really make it an idyllic spot to stay.

Laura Ashley style
In contrast to our shepherd's hut, Hazel is our quirky, vintage caravan for two guests who prefer to experience the classy Laura Ashley style of the mid 1900’s. She was rescued and brought back to life by Cara-Glam in Yorkshire.
She is a traditional Alpine Sprite with a double bed, her own beautiful kitchen with a gas hob and cold running water. She is equipped with vintage Royal Albert crockery and lots of classic style. However, Hazel needs some help to cater fully for our guests, which brings us to…
The Cabin
The Cabin has been carefully designed and built to offer our guests another layer of comfort and has the facilities and space to support all their needs while staying at Steam and Stars.
It houses a spacious shower room, exclusively for the use of Hazel's guests, and a separate washroom. Each has their own toilet. There is also a comfortable heated kitchen area where dishes can be washed and drinks chilled. It also provides an area to socialise and meet other guests if you so desire.
